Terms of Service

TaskDone24 ("we", "us") is operated by Yaron Gal Weis, doing business as YGW Professional Services, Wesley Chapel, Florida, United States. By requesting a quote or paying for a job you agree to these terms.

1. How we work

You describe a task. We may ask questions and then send a written quote with the scope, price, deadline and included revisions. Work starts only after you accept the quote and pay. Anything outside the agreed scope needs a new or updated quote.

2. AI-assisted work

We use artificial-intelligence tools to research, draft, translate, design and build. Every delivery is reviewed against your requirements before it's sent. If you don't want AI tools used on your job, tell us before you accept the quote. We'll tell you whether we can do it that way and at what price.

3. Not legal, medical, tax or financial advice

We are not a law firm, accounting firm or licensed professional, and we don't provide legal, medical, tax, financial or other regulated advice. Contract and document summaries are plain-language descriptions of what a text says, to help you understand it and prepare questions. They are not legal advice and don't replace a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Please consult one before you sign, file or rely on any legal document.

4. Acting on your behalf

We contact a third party for you (for example a utility, retailer or service provider) only with your signed written authorization, which defines what we may and may not do. We always say we're acting on your behalf. We never pretend to be you, never use your login credentials, and never accept or commit to any agreement, payment or settlement without your explicit approval. Results of negotiations aren't guaranteed.

5. Forms and documents

We can prepare drafts, checklists and guidance for forms. You are responsible for reviewing, signing and submitting any form, especially government, immigration, tax or legal forms. We don't sign for you, don't submit official forms in your name, and don't handle government ID documents.

6. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and only material you have the right to share. Review deliveries before using them. Don't ask us for anything illegal, deceptive, or that breaks a third party's rules: no academic work to submit as your own, fake reviews, impersonation, spam or harassment. We may decline or stop any job at our discretion.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid upfront by card through Stripe unless the quote says otherwise. We never ask for card numbers by email or chat.

7a. Price Beat Promise

If, before you accept our quote, you show us a written quote from another real, currently available provider for the same scope, deadline and number of revisions, dated within the last 30 days, we will offer you a lower price. Our minimum price is $5 per job. If we can't beat the competing quote, we'll tell you and you owe nothing. The promise doesn't apply to quotes from auctions, bulk or subscription deals, free offers, or providers we can't reasonably verify, and it can't be combined with other discounts.

8. Revisions and refunds

Each quote states how many revisions are included. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

9. Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the final deliverable we created for you, subject to the licenses of any third-party materials, such as fonts or stock elements, that we tell you about. We may keep an anonymized copy as a portfolio sample only if you agree in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a delivery.

11. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that job.
