We use trusted providers to run the service, for example Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, email providers and AI tools that process task content to produce your delivery. They process data only as needed to provide their services.
We delete your task files and job content 30 days after final delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer or the law requires us to keep records (for example payment and tax records). You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us, and we'll confirm once it's done.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/UK under GDPR, or in California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to use these rights. We respond within 30 days.
We're based in the USA and our providers may process data in other countries. By using the service you understand your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure.
